Overcoming the Fear of Man

Have you ever considered the fear of man to be a snare as Proverbs 29:25 tells us? How does this fear trap us? If we fear man more than God, we will hesitate to obey Him when He asks us to speak, serve, respond, or carry out a deed. In essence, this fear may prevent us from accomplishing God’s will, if we let it.

Learning to Trust God

The Biblical definition of trust is “assured reliance on the character, ability, strength, or truth of someone”. Not knowing the character of God or who He is, may prevent us from fully trusting Him. This described me when I first became a Christian. My life has been a journey of learning to trust God.
